Navajo County Food Handlers Requirements
Navajo county requires food establishments to have at least one employee with a Food Protection Manager Certification. Along with Navajo county, several other counties in Arizona require Food Protection Manager Certification. The person in charge must also ensure employees are educated in food handling practices.
